If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted.
- Return Eligibility (Retail Orders)
You may request a return if:
- The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- The item is not customized
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or embroidered uniforms
- Printed logo items
- Altered garments
- Clearance or final sale items
- Bulk corporate orders (unless defective)
This is especially important for uniforms due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
- Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A defective item
- The wrong size (different from what you ordered)
- The wrong product
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
In such cases, we will:
- Replace the item at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund (including shipping fees)
- Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for size changes (subject to stock availability).
